The word you'll hear everywhere

Gezellig

“khuh-ZEL-likh”

Cozy, warm, nice, friendly, comfortable.

This is the Dutch word. It can describe a person, a café, a dinner, a room, or a whole vibe. If something feels good and welcoming, chances are someone will call it gezellig.
